Guests: 150 guests.
Labor: We will have three cooks, two bartenders, and eight servers
Drinks: Bar, We will offer our guests Beer, Red & White Wine, Champagne (for toast only, all Champagne & Wine will average out to $10/ bottle). Soft Drinks, Bourbon, Scotch, Gin and mostly Vodka. We will have several Vodkas from Kettle One to Grey Goose. I will provide all mixers, bar fruit and so on. We will offer Lemonade and Iced Tea on guest arrival.
